Standard & Custom Apparel Fulfillment

At Hello Fellow Tees, every garment is printed on demand specifically for you when you place your order. Processing and printing times are separate from shipping transit times.

  • Fulfillment & Production Window: Orders are typically processed, printed, and prepared for shipment within 2 to 5 business days.

  • Order Tracking: Once your item is printed and packaged, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package.

Shipping Rates & Transit Times

  • North America (USA, Canada, Mexico)

    • Standard Shipping: 3–6 Business Days — FREE

    • Expedited / Priority Shipping: 2–4 Business Days — $7.99 USD

  • International (Rest of World)

    • Standard International Shipping: 5–15 Business Days — $12.49 USD

    • Expedited International Shipping: 3–7 Business Days — $7.99 USD

Cross-Border Customs, Duties, & Import Fees

For international shipments crossing borders (including shipments between the United States and Canada), the customer acts as the importer of record:

  • Customer Responsibility: Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local VAT/sales taxes assessed by local customs agencies are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees are collected at delivery by the carrier and are not included in our base item pricing or shipping costs.

  • Refused Shipments: If a customer refuses an international delivery due to unexpected customs duties or local fees, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Address Errors & Damaged Packages

  • Shipping Address Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for items delivered to an incorrect address entered by the buyer.

  • Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted during transit, please refer to our 30-Day Quality Guarantee in our Terms & Conditions. Send photo proof within 30 days of delivery to service@hellofellowtees.com, and we will dispatch a free replacement.
